To ensure the best care for your pup, I am currently only boarding one pet at a time. That way you know your pet is getting 100% of my attention :) ****Please read!**** Due to the nature of my day job, starting August 15th, my general availability will switch to Monday-Wednesdays after 5:00. Repeat clients, please feel free to request outside of those boundaries and I'd be happy to try to accommodate!

I live in an apartment that allows pets inside and live right next to a beautiful, huge park with lots of open grassy areas and sidewalks. I am an active person and am comfortable doing relaxed-pace, regular-pace, or active-pace walks depending on your pet's needs. Your pet can feel free to make him/herself at home and is allowed on my furniture! -I always pet-proof my home before boarding and day-care visits -I am aware of various "no-go" foods and practices for dogs and cats (i.e. onions, certain essential oils, certain house plants etc.) -I am always sure to ask the client if their pet has any health needs, dietary specifications, routines, etc. -I'm experienced in administering chew and no-chew oral medications, topicals, and basic grooming necessities I typically like to set up a brief meet and greet ahead of a booking for new clients! For care in your home: I always leave homes I enter exactly the same, if not for any necessary pet-related care or cleaning!

How often does your pet eat per day and how much is each meal (i.e. a cup, a can, etc.) Any medications or special needs I need to administer or know about? What is your pet's energy level? Any routines he/she likes to stick to? Please let me know anything else I can do to make your furry friend feel at home.
A typical day
A stay with me includes daily walks around the beautiful Lafayette Park and Eastern Market area. I also can take pups to the dog parks in Capitol Park or Midtown if they are interested in some social time.

-Experience caring for puppies and senior dogs My parents currently have a year old labrador retriever. Before that, we had the best old man, a 16 year old lab. -Experience caring for multiple pets at a time -Experience caring for cats, birds, and rabbits as well -Ask me about the time when I cared for 2 of the sweetest raccoons ever

Elisabeth got us in last minute and I’m so grateful she was able to, because Gigi (sweet baby girl, known menace) is a big fan. Her updates and pictures are always so nice to get—she’s on top of excellent, loving pet care and the general well-being of the household while you’re away. 10/10 :)

Having never used a service like Rover before I was a little bit nervous leaving Gigi (the cat) with someone I didn’t know—but Elisabeth was wonderful! So prepared, asked all the right questions, dropped by in advance, and sent copious pictures along with her updates! She even brushed Gigi, who can be a pest about such things. I can’t recommend her highly enough!!
She’s fantastic definitely will be booking again
