It is important for me to know of any behavioral tendencies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions (including medication), personality traits, etc. I also like to know about your typical routine and care at home so that I can do my best to mimic the environment - I've found this reduces stress levels for the pets.
A typical day
A typical day depends on what the owner is comfortable with! I love going to parks to play fetch and to allow an opportunity for socialization with other dogs. Of course, if the dog is not comfortable at parks, we can go on long walks, play tug of war, and snuggle! A typical day is unique for each dog.

Everyone that knows me would say I am an animal lover! I have been a part-time pet sitter and walker for the past 10 years. I worked full-time in the veterinary health field for 2 years focusing on pet nutrition. I left my position to pursue a master's in wildlife forensic science. I currently work from home for a wildlife conservation nonprofit. I am comfortable with dogs & cats of all sizes, ages, and breeds in high stress situations. I would treat your pet with the love and care as I would my own. Please let me know if you think I would be a good fit!
