Safety, trust & environment

I make sure my dogs are fed, watered, exercised, and trained every day. I like training and exercising in the morning to keep their energy under control while I work during the day. I crate my dogs when no one watches them to provide them with a den to sleep in. When I come home for the day, they are let out and relieved, allowed to play, and so on. I snuggle and talk to them at night. If someone trusts me enough to watch their animals, I would tend to their animals any way I expect someone to tend to mine: with knowledge and care.

Thank you so much for taking such incredible care of my babies while I was away! Your communication is always amazing, but I am especially grateful for how you handled Ares paw mishap this time. Taking the initiative to get him his meds and make him comfortable meant the world to me. He was already back to his normal self by the time I got home! We will be in contact soon for our next trip we have planned. Thank you again!

Elizabeth worked so well with my two dogs. She was in constant communication with me if she needed anything and she took excellent care of them. She will definitely be our go to gal from now on!

Elisabeth is so kind and caring! She’s also very willing, if able, to help out last minute.

Lis is a fantastic sitter. She went above and beyond by staying overnight to keep our dogs company. She is a great communicator and provided regular photo updates throughout the stay. Reliable, kind, and highly recommended. We’ve already decided she’s our go-to sitter for the future!

Schedule

In the morning, I tend to my dogs' physical and mental well being by daily walks and obedience tricks, as well as daily games. I go to work and I assume they sleep. I come home and let them outside for their bathroom break, and I feed them, then snuggle them and play with them at night. Pretty average care.

I need to know everything about your animal you want me to know. I studied animal care for both wild and domestic animals, injured and healthy, for many years. While I specialize in care for wild big cats, I owned and cared for dozens of dogs, cats, birds, rodents, and fish. I studied some Animal Health Sciences during my time at SDSU, and I know how to handle many medical emergencies. I also know many signs an animal gives before heat stroke, hypothermia, soreness, and other potentially serious situations. I've also been trained to prevent many of these situations. Does your animal need special treatment while under my care? I would require that info.
