Safety, trust & environment

I have a large yard but not fenced in so I will be taking them out on a leash in the yard and for walks. I also have a park at the end of my street. I can do crate trained dogs but you would need to bring their crate. I do allow dogs on the couch and in the bed. I took care of a blind Bichon with diabetes for 3 years so I can care for older blind or deaf dogs and can administer insulin or other meds if needed.

Information Elisabeth B. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know if they have any history of aggression or biting. I am willing to care for two dogs at once if they are on the smaller end like 15 lbs or less

A typical day

I love to walk dogs, cuddles, play time with toys and already have a ton of dog toys at my house. I also have a park at the end of my street. I have a safety belt for smaller dogs so they can ride safely in the car with me if you authorize me to take then places while in my care.

Missing my dog!!

Pet care experience

I love dogs and recently lost my Whoodle after 13 years. I have had dogs for most of my adult life including a Bichon Frise, Whoodle, and a Doberman mix. I am good with senior dogs and puppies. I crate trained my last two dogs until they were 2 years old. I have dog sat for numerous family members and friends.. I have dog bowls, leashes, lots of toys and just need some cool dogs to hang out with :-)

Elisabeth did a great job making our little guy feel right at home. It’s clear she cares a lot about understanding every dog’s individual needs-she asked thoughtful questions during our meet & greet and jotted down notes. She went above & beyond and even had a Christmas present wrapped for our dog to open on Christmas Day while he was staying with her. It’s hard leaving your fur babies behind but having a sitter like Elisabeth make’s it a lot easier.

Elisabeth is an experienced dog caretaker. She gets a long well with dogs and is able to establish a good relationship with dogs quickly. She enjoys dogs and my dogs really loved spending time with her. She also has experience in caring for dogs with medical needs.
