I’m responsible for all basic animal care while my clients are on vacation or traveling for business or at work. Routine duties for my pet sitting include feeding, putting out fresh water, brushing pets, taking dogs on walks, and cleaning litter boxes. Additional services may include giving medications, vacuuming up pet hair in the house, or collecting the client’s mail or newspaper. And anything additional to please my clients! (:

I would love to know about your pets temperament, activity level, dietary needs/restrictions, and any medical issues. Also for the location and phone number of their vet in case of emergencies.
A typical day
Outside or indoor play activities! -Chasing (with me being chased; really exciting!) -Breed-specific games (e.g. herding balls for collie; digging under towels for toys for terrier) -tug of war -Hide & seek -Free play Calmer activities! -Cuddles with furbaby! -Slow sniff-walk -relax together -Have a picnic Training activities! -Using only positive methods -Practicing something familiar and working on something newer -Keep sessions comfortable and fun 4-6 repetitions of each behaviour is plenty! Fun feeding activities! -Set up a lick mat, a stuffable toy, or a food dispenser Making it's easy enough that your furbaby doesn't get frustrated. -Helping them out if they're struggling Nose work! -Hide some kibble or treats -Scatter food in the grass -Hide treats under upturned plastic flower pots; start with 1 pot and then add another when dog is confident Reward giving! -Reward your pet with something they like when they do something that you want more of Examples include: coming when called, going to their mat when you're eating dinner, walking on a loose lead. -always giving your pet a choice, allow for individual preferences, and remember that pets need plenty of sleep and time to do important pet stuff (sniffing, solo play, safe exploring, chewing, etc.) ?
