Elisa and James provided great care for our dog, Casper! They were attentive to his needs, and welcomed him into their home with open arms. Their son also entertained Casper and kept him in good company. This weekend was our wedding weekend and we felt totally at ease leaving Casper in their care.
Roger loves them and they are so wonderful to him.
Jim & Elisa were wonderful with Pearl. She was loved and cared for, and I received lots of pictures. I will be taking Pearl for another longer stay in October.
We couldn't be happier with the care Baxter received from Elisa and James! Since this was our first time leaving Baxter with them, we were a little nervous, especially since Baxter was staying for only two days. But they immediately made us feel comfortable and reassured us that Baxter was in good hands. Throughout his stay, Elisa and James kept us updated with pictures and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was wonderful seeing Baxter looking happy, relaxed, and comfortable. They were attentive to his needs, gave him plenty of love and attention, and made sure he was well cared for. Thank you, Elisa and James, for taking such wonderful care of Baxter and making his first stay with you such a positive experience. We truly appreciate the updates, love, and attention you gave him. We're so glad we found someone we can trust, and we would definitely book with you again!
Excellent communication and Sam was well-cared for while we were away.
It was sort of last minute however, Elisa & James were able to accept my request. They are fantastic. They treated Ms. Ellie like their own. They took care of our furry baby with great hospitality. Hope to be able engage with them again.
