Firefighter & Teacher Couple Who Love Animals!
We both grew up in cat and dog households and have grown up taking care of both. From feeding, walking, bathing and training, we love animals. We previously lived in London and spent our free time dog walking, boarding dogs for longer stays, feeding cats, budgies and ferrets. We've worked and spent time around dozens of animals and love making sure you have peace of mind when spending time away from your pets. We always make sure to give the right care and attention to each individual animals needs.

If I could have given more than 5 stars I would have. Eliot and Elinore were fantastic hosts to my two Spaniels, Isla and Tilly. They were treated like one of the family, had lovely forest walks each day and I could tell they were so happy and relaxed from the photo and video updates. In fact I don't even think they missed me!! Isla has complex medical issues, plus the fact that she is 13, but these were not a problem for Eliot and Elinore. This is the first time I have left the girls but I was able to enjoy my holiday knowing they were in safe hands and well cared for. Thank you Eliot and Elinore. I would not hesitate to use you again. In fact I wouldn't leave the girls with anyone else.
Second time Elliot has cat sat for our two boys. Very professional and makes a great fuss of the boys. Highly recommend Elliot as a pet sitter.
Eliot & Elinore took fantastic care of our dog Barney for two days. They sent us lots of updates and photos and Barney was clearly very happy and comfortable. They had experience with his breed and followed our instructions, ensuring Barney was safe and well looked after. We would definitely recommend them!
Our dog Ffinn really enjoyed his stay with Eliot and Eli. During a period of extreme heat they made sure that he was not exhausted or stressed by the weather, only walking him during the cooler parts of the day, making sure there was plenty of shade in their garden and cool spaces in their house. They were really attentive to his mood and needs. I can not praise them highly enough, they really took great care of Ffinn and that meant we could relax, knowing that he was in safe hands. Very highly recommended.
Eli & Eliot have looked after our girls (Cat & Dog) twice while we have been away, and both times they have been brilliant. Daily updates, excellent communication and cared for our pets as if they were their own. On their second sit, our pets clearly remembered them and were excited from the minute we turned up; which says a lot in itself about how great Eli & Eliot are with them. In the recent heatwave, they were mindful of walking times, put ice cubes in their water bowls & play time involved the hose (which they checked first!) to keep them cool. They took detailed notes for meal timings, amounts, walk frequencies, any medication & exercise requirements. Our cat is an indoor cat, and they were brilliant at being diligent to make sure she was safely kept inside. Overall we’d highly recommend Eli & Eliot if you’re looking for someone to look after your pets! Thank you both!
Eliot and his partner were fantastic hosts for our dog Ffinn. They were vary caring and understanding of his needs, especially during a period of very hot weather and exercised him as we wished. We particularly liked the narrative and photos that Eliot sent us daily as it reassured us that Ffinn was doing well. When we collected Ffinn, it was clear that he had enjoyed his stay, he was comfortable in Eliot's house but still pleased to see us. Overall, I would highly recommend Eliot and his partner.

Schedule
My wife and I are huge dog lovers but due to our hectic work schedules (her a special needs teacher and me a firefighter) we’re unfortunately unable to have a pet full time. So we love spending our off days walking, taking care of and showing love to all types of animals.

We have a plenty of space at home for animals to feel at ease and are close to Pamber Forrest for them to explore. We always try and make sure yourself and your pet have an opportunity to visit prior to staying so that we can introduce ourselves and begin to make both yourself and your pet feel at ease.
A typical day
We love to help dogs both mentally and physically and have previous experience training a variety of breeds. We can cater our care to the individual animal either by long walks, cuddles or relaxing.
