With lifelong experience caring for a wide variety of animals, including dogs, cats, and poultry. I provide reliable, attentive, and compassionate pet care. I currently look after my three crazy Cockerpoos, Woody, Mabel, and Gwen, my cat, Pearl and ten chickens, and I have previously cared for breeds ranging from Yorkshire Terriers to Labradors. I am confident with grooming, administering medication, and managing different temperaments and routines. Friends, neighbours and family have trusted me for years as their designated pet sitter. I know how nerve-racking it is to leave your pet in someone else’s care. I treat every pet as if they were my own, giving them plenty of love, patience, and attention.

Safety, trust & environment
For dog walks, I have access from my home to a private woodland, providing a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for pets to explore, if that’s what is preferred! While I don’t offer home boarding due to my own three dogs and cat, I ensure all pets in my care receive individual attention, exercise, and supervision in a controlled, safe setting. When caring for pets in their own home, I provide attentive, loving care tailored to their routine. This includes feeding, walks, playtime, administering medication if needed, and lots of cuddles and attention. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away, keeping you updated so you have peace of mind.

I’ve seen firsthand how naturally caring and attentive Elinor is with animals. She looks after her own three dogs with real dedication, making sure they’re well exercised, well fed, emotionally settled, and genuinely happy. She’s very tuned in to their individual personalities and needs, often spending hours researching appropriate food, enrichment, supplements, and ways to create a calm, loving environment around them. Elinor has also looked after my own dog many times while I’ve been out of the country, and I’ve always had complete peace of mind knowing they were in such capable hands. She’s thoughtful, patient, and trustworthy, and my dog was clearly comfortable and well cared for in her presence. She takes the responsibility seriously, communicates clearly, and is incredibly reliable, exactly the kind of person you’d want to leave your pet with. Any pet in her care will be treated with genuine kindness and respect, not just as a side job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to any pet parent 😊
