I’ve always been very responsible and have loved dogs despite not being allowed to have them. In my teens, I would regularly board a neighbor‘s miniature pincher/chihuahua mix for days at a time. In my 20s, I raised and clicker trained (plus took her to training classes) a corgi puppy from 12 weeks old until she was 1 (my ex got her) - she and I would go on long walks in Central Park together. Now that my husband Phil and I live in Williamsburg by Domino Park, we love to go on walks and watch the dogs at the dog park. We work from home and go on long walks daily. In addition to dogs, I have experience taking care of my bed bound elderly father - he has Parkinson’s and needs round the clock care. He lives in South Brooklyn with home health aides but I sub in at times and handle his medication, tube feeds, and changes.

Schedule
Phil and I both work from home and are up early so we will take your dog on a walk bright and early in the morning. We’re right by Domino park and the river so will bring your pet to a dog park if you like, or will just stroll for miles along the waterfront.

Safety, trust & environment
We will ensure that there is no onion, grapes/raisins, or chocolate for your dog to get into. We live in an apartment building with other dogs and two elevators so if your dog doesn’t like other dogs, we will take separate elevators. We can give your dog meds and brush them as needed/wanted. We will only let them off leash in gated dog parks, if you allow dog parks.
