I have been housesitting and dog boarding for several years, most especially during covid, when I travelled and housesat full-time. I am an Airbnb super host and have an inactive profile on TrustedHousesitters where you can read many of my 5 star reviews. I understand the importance of trust and always send photo updates and any other information throughout the services! I am now be housesitting with my son, and sometimes my husband will join us, especially over summer and winter break from teaching. Please note, i DO plan to and want to housesit with my son, so let me know how your pets are with toddlers! We keep a watchful eye on him at all times and he is very experienced with pets. Do not worry about childproofing your home- he is an avid traveler! We have been all over the world- including cruises, Japan, NYC and all over the West coast. This means we have stayed in tiny cabins, crowded cities, taken trains, buses and the subway. We are very used to staying outside our home and comfort space and bring all the tools we need to do so safely. Of course if you have any extreme valuables, those should be put away anyway.
