Elena has been an absolutely exceptional pet sitter, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, she and her partner went above and beyond to care for our pets. Not only did they take wonderful care of our cats, but they also helped with our birds, ensuring that all of our animals were safe, comfortable, and well looked after while we were away. During our trip, we experienced two unexpected incidents that required urgent help at home. Elena never hesitated to step in and assist. Her kindness, reliability, and genuine concern for our pets gave us tremendous peace of mind during a very stressful time. What sets Elena apart is her dedication and compassion. She treats our pets as if they were her own and consistently goes the extra mile to make sure they are happy and safe. We completely trust her and know that our animals are in the best hands when she is caring for them. We are incredibly grateful for everything Elena has done for our family and our pets. This was our second time booking with her, and once again she took amazing care of our dog. We just picked her up and she looks happy, relaxed, and very well cared for. We received updates during the stay, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. It’s clear that she genuinely loves animals and treats them like family. Elina is a kind and caring dog sitter and my dog loves her.

I found there to be some confusion on the way the listing is as Elina is the caregiver but she works outside the home full time so it is not as flexible as she states, and her husband Misha who doesn't speak English is the caregiver and who works from home so things like walks are limited to his breaks. I feel that the profile is misleading. The intial communication response time was good but after when I had questions it was very delayed. The care was okay I guess for what it was but my dog was only walked .58km so I was expecting more than a 10 min walk but I now realize it would be limited as he is actually working from home so he is probably limited to when he can take breaks. I feel that not being totally upfront in the profile with who is the actual caregiver the majority of the time comes across as being dishonest and untrustworthy.

Elina and her partner were amazing. My Bison is a 5 year old English Bulldog who came to me with some health issues and severe separation anxiety. While this has improved, he is obsessed with me to the point of sitting at the window and refusing to engage with others until my return home. We use to travel 3 times per year (pre Bison)and this stopped when I kenneled him and he came back incredibly ill so all vacations since have been planned around bringing him along. MIssing travel, I decided to give Rover and Elina a try. She and her partner are amazing. They were able to settle Bison (who yowled for about an hour after I left) and he came back healthy and looked quite happy from the daily pictures sent. They cleaned his eye folds and administered his meds no problems! I am so grateful and now I will be able to travel again as I am confident that Bison will be with people who are very skilled and committed in providing excellent care. Thank you so much - you have given me the gift of travel back and for this I am eternally grateful.

Just like the last time I used them, nothing but amazing! My girls just LOVE them! I have nothing negative to say about them, only that these are my go-to when it comes to taking care of my girls, and will continue to use them :).
