Dogs have been part of my life for years. I lived on a houseboat with two Akitas , which taught me a lot about patience, routine, and reading a dog’s needs closely in a shared, sometimes tight space. Alongside that I spent time looking after other people’s pets long-term, so I know what means to be trusted with someone’s dog for real stretches of time, not just a day here and there. These days it’s my baby dachshund Frida keeping me on my toes. She is small but mighty, and raising her has only deepened how much I love this. Whatever your dog needs, whether it’s calm nd steady or full puppy energy, I’ll treat them like my own.

Safety, trust & environment
I provide care in the pet owner's own home, so your dog stays in their familiar environment with their usual routine and belongings which I find helps reduce any stress, especially for puppies or more anxious dogs. If there's no garden or it's balcony-only, I make sure walks and outdoor time are built into the day so your dog still gets plenty of exercise and fresh air.

Schedule
I work from home, so I'll have plenty of time throughout the day to spend with your doggie or cat. I do go to the gym for 2 hours on weekdays, but otherwise I'm around and available. On weekends I'm typically out for about 3 hours in the evening, so I'll make sure your dog is settled and comfortable beforehand.
