Warm & kind family home
I studied pet care in college and have had dogs my whole life. I currently do a lot of training with my own dog, including gundog work, nose work, and agility, so I’m very used to working with dogs in a calm, positive way. I’ve cared for a wide range of breeds over the years, from Rottweilers, German Shepherds, and XL Bullies to Jack Russells and Chihuahuas. I spend a lot of my free time outdoors hiking, camping, and walking, so dogs in my care get plenty of fresh air and stimulation. I’m gentle, caring, and kind, and I always take time to let dogs settle and feel comfortable, especially those who need a little longer to warm up.

Tillie had the best time with Elin, she was well looked after we received regular updates, videos and photos throughout her stay. We will definitely use Elin again and we know that Tillie will be happy to go there.
Ollie’s latest visit was another brilliant experience! She was amazing with him yet again and took such great care of him. We loved receiving regular updates and photos and could see how happy and settled Ollie was. It’s so reassuring knowing he’s with someone who genuinely cares about him and treats him so well. We honestly couldn’t recommend her enough and will definitely continue using her whenever we need a sitter! 🐾❤️

Tillie had the best time and was well cared for and looked after by Elina. We got regular updates from Elina. Tillie enjoyed it so much and is looking forward going back next week.
Elin is an amazing dog sitter Penny loves going and she always sends regular updates and changes her plans with dogs flexibly depending on the weather when it is too warm and goes forest walks when it is super rainy. This is the second time we have booked with Elin and would definitely book again!

Schedule
I’m home full time as my youngest hasn’t started nursery yet, so your dog will have plenty of company and won’t be left alone for long periods. I’m very flexible and happy to work around your dog’s usual routine, including feeding times, walks, rest, and play. Your dog will be cared for in a calm, relaxed home environment with lots of attention throughout the day.

I have two dogs of my own. My older dog spends a lot of time with my in-laws as she’s getting older, so she isn’t always in the home. I also have a 6-month-old Spanish Water Dog who is very friendly with both dogs and people. I also have a cat who is very dog-savvy and used to being around dogs. I have a fully fenced garden and can work around whatever makes you and your dog feel most comfortable, including introductions, separation if needed, and individual routines.

A typical day
I keep things fun and suited to each dog. That usually means walks, lots of sniffing, playtime, and hanging out together. I love being outdoors, so dogs who enjoy longer walks and fresh air get plenty of that, but I’m also happy to keep things calm for dogs who prefer a quieter pace. I also like to mix in simple training games, nose work, and mental enrichment to keep things interesting and engaging.

- It’s helpful for me to know about your dog’s routine, feeding schedule, walking preferences, and any training cues they’re used to. Please also let me know about any medical needs, allergies, or medications. I’d also like to know how your dog is with other dogs and cats, how they are around new people, and if there’s anything that might make them anxious. Aswell as how they are around children. The more I know in advance, the easier it is for me to make your dog feel comfortable and settled.
