Great with our cat as always. Helped out with keeping the plants maintained and would gladly have her watch them again. Attentive to packages and such and always reaches out if she has any questions.
Amazing service from start to finish!!! This was our first long trip (2.5 weeks), and we were pretty nervous about being away from our dogs. What really helped put us at ease was the consistent communication; we got regular updates on how they were doing, both the good and the not-so-great. She clearly spent a lot of quality time with them, which meant a lot since our dogs struggle with separation anxiety. We also loved getting daily photos and videos which made us feel connected even from afar. On top of that, she was always quick to respond and didn’t hesitate to reach out with questions when needed, which we really appreciated. Overall, we felt like our dogs were in caring, attentive hands the entire time. Highly recommend!
Eliana was fantastic. She was at the house when she said she would be there, stayed overnight, and sent lots of pictures. She even emergency called me for something and I really appreciated that. I could see her come and go on my cams and was exactly what I hoped for. I highly recommend Eliana!
She was amazing! I really appreciated her excellent communication and the updates about my dogs’ well-being. She was also very attentive to the potential signs we mentioned to watch for, since our dogs sometimes protest when we leave. It was clear they were extremely happy having her there. On top of that, she left the house clean and tidy, which we truly appreciated. I would absolutely recommend her! 🐾
