I’m currently working part-time as a preschool teacher and also run my own Etsy shop, where I sell handmade dog gear. As such, I currently have plenty of availability for dog care.

Pease let me know if your dog has any specific behavioral or medical needs. I have experience with human- and dog-reactive dogs, puppies, stubborn dogs, and strong pullers. If your dog has special needs or is working on behavioral goals during their walks, there may be an additional charge (to be discussed ahead of time).
A typical day
I am available for regular neighborhood walks but specialize in hiking as well as supporting social groups. If you are interested in solo hikes or dog-social group outings, please let me know and we can decide whether your pup seems like a good fit.

I have managed the kennel of a local boarding/daycare/grooming facility and have worked for a local training and behavior consulting facility. I have been in the pet care industry for over six years. I am also trained as a groomer and have extensive knowledge and experience in relationship-based training. I am also first aid and CPR certified for dogs and cats. I am more than happy to provide references upon request. I know how important it is to trust your pet care professionals to learn your pup’s personality, respect their boundaries, and fulfill your wishes so that they get the same quality of care you would give them yourself. I am committed to your pet's safety, health, and enjoyment.

Our experience with Eli could not have been better. This was the first time we have ever used a dog sitter. In the past, we have had friends and family help out for a walk or overnight. Eli was clearly knowledgeable and interested in our dog, had great communication before she arrived, and spent 10 days at our home, taking amazing care of our sweet dog. We were given multiple daily updates of long walks (complete with maps!) as well as feeding and even toothbrush sessions. Daily pictures. And our house was left in better shape than when we left. 5 stars is an understatement!
Eli was super professional and communicative when walking our dog Otis while we were out. Otis got to do all his favorite activities on their hike and Eli kept us in the loop the whole time. Would definitely work with Eli again!
Eli watched our dog Berkeley during our wedding weekend and was amazing. She took great care of him and had steady updates and photos throughout the day that put my wife and I at ease. I would HIGHLY recommend Eli to anyone ?
