My daily schedule runs from 8 AM to 4 PM and includes a balance of play, rest, and structure. Dogs enjoy two scheduled walks at 10 AM and 3 PM, with plenty of supervised playtime throughout the day. A rest/quiet period is from 1–2 PM to help dogs recharge, and mealtime can be accommodated around 12 PM if food is provided.

I care for pets with a calm, structured approach tailored to each service. In my home, I have two separate gated areas that allow dogs to be kept safely apart if needed, ensuring comfort, reduced stress, and controlled interactions. The spaces are fully separated so dogs do not see each other, and there is plenty of room for rest and movement. I’m always happy to provide photos of these areas to owners for transparency and peace of mind. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their routine closely, including feeding, walks, and any specific instructions. Mainly to keep pets comfortable and stress-free in their familiar environment. My goal is to provide safe, attentive, one-on-one care in every setting.

Some important information I like to know ahead of time includes whether a dog has any aggressive tendencies and how they behave around other dogs and people. This helps me ensure a safe, comfortable environment for everyone. Beyond that, I’m generally flexible and happy to work with most dogs.
A typical day
A typical day starts with a calm morning check-in, followed by supervised play and enrichment to help dogs settle in comfortably. Late morning includes a structured walk and continued playtime, with lunch available midday if provided. In the early afternoon, dogs enjoy a quiet rest period to recharge, followed by more supervised play and a second walk later in the day. Throughout the day, I focus on safety, positive interactions, and making sure each dog feels relaxed, engaged, and cared for.

MOONWALKS ! Hey, my name is Elijah Moon, nice to meet you :) With a lifelong passion for dogs, I have 15 years of experience caring for dogs and have worked professionally at Camp Bow Wow, where I handled and supervised up to 50 dogs at a time, as well as volunteering at local animal shelters. I provide reliable, loving care and intentionally limit daycare to a maximum of four dogs at a time, to ensure each dog receives plenty of attention and supervision. For safety and quality care, boarding is limited to one dog at a time, with an exception for two dogs from the same household.
