Hi! I’ve been caring for animals for over six years, with a lifelong love for pets that started growing up in a home full of rescues and adoptions. That experience helped me become patient, attentive, and comfortable with all kinds of personalities and needs. I work from home full-time, which means your pet will get plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, or needs a little extra care, I do my best to make them feel safe, comfortable, and at home. I don’t currently have pets of my own, so I truly enjoy giving my full attention to the pets I care for, it’s something I genuinely look forward to! Occasionally, I may step out for a few hours due to military training, but this is rare and I always plan ahead to ensure your pet’s needs are fully met. Thank you for considering me! Highly recommend booking with Elexus! She is so sweet and great with dogs. She took the time to get to know our Australian shepherd through our profile before his stay which made me feel very at ease. She was extremely communicative throughout our week long trip and was very quick to respond to any questions I had. She also sent multiple pictures throughout each day! If you’re looking for a kind, professional, communicative, and active person who loves dogs, Elexus is your girl!
Elexus was wonderful! She was able to take care of Murph on short notice after plans with another sitter fell through. She provided tons of pictures throughout the stay and was very friendly and responsive.

Elexus was great with communicating and ensuring my boys were safe, happy and stayed tired, lol. She sent photos often and let me know how they were doing each day. She listened attentively to all my information about their personalities and even went the extra mile to wash their sweaters to make sure they went home with clean "clothes" to keep them cozy for the snowstorm. I definitely recommend her.
She took care if my babies over the holidays and sent plenty of pictures and videos!

Schedule
I work from home full time so I fit pet care into my schedule before work, during breaks and after work. Feeding is based off of the pet’s eating schedule.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I provide one-on-one care only, which means your pet will never be booked alongside other animals. Pets are welcome to roam freely and get comfortable in my home, helping them adjust naturally to their surroundings. They’re welcome to relax on the couch and sleep in the same room as me (though I do keep the bed pet-free). I make it a point to keep pets engaged and happy with regular playtime, affection, and a consistent routine. During downtime, I even leave on pet-friendly TV (like animal channels) to create a soothing and familiar atmosphere.
A typical day
I love to exercise so long walks are no problem for me. There is a trail nearby where I live with plenty of squirrels and nature for them to enjoy!
