Eleanora took wonderful care of my dog, Pucci, from Saturday to Sunday, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. It’s very clear that she genuinely loves animal!!! Pucci felt comfortable with her right away, which says a lot. She followed all my instructions carefully and made sure everything was taken care of, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away. Sh sent photo updates as well. When I picked Pucci up, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after. I’m truly grateful for her care, and if Pucci could speak, I’m sure he’d say he’d love to visit her again. Highly recommended!
Eleonora s’est occupée de Romeu, mon caniche Toy, avec un soin et une attention absolument remarquables. Dès le premier contact, elle a fait preuve d’une grande sensibilité, comprenant parfaitement ses besoins et respectant son rythme, ce qui lui a permis de se sentir en sécurité et en confiance. La communication a également été excellente : je recevais régulièrement des nouvelles, ce qui m’a apporté une grande tranquillité d’esprit pendant toute la période. Je recommande Eleonora sans la moindre hésitation. C’est une personne de confiance, dévouée et animée d’un véritable amour pour les animaux. Romeu s’est attaché à elle — et moi aussi !
Je souhaite partager un retour d'expérience très positif concernant Eleonora qui a gardé mon chien pendant un weekend. Je cherchais quelqu'un de confiance pour s'occuper de mon compagnon, et j'ai trouvé bien mieux que ça ! Eleonora est une personne adorable et extrêmement attentionnée. Au-delà de l'affection qu'elle a portée à mon chien, j'ai été impressionnée par son sérieux : elle a respecté ses horaires de repas, ses rythmes de promenade et m'a même laissé la maison aussi propre qu'à mon arrivée. Si vous cherchez quelqu'un de fiable, qui aime vraiment les animaux et avec qui la communication est facile, n'hésitez pas une seconde ! Un grand merci à elle.
Service impeccable. Eleonora est extrêmement professionnelle, ponctuelle et attentive aux détails (repas, médicaments, promenades). Elle a géré Ohana avec une grande compétence, en respectant toutes les routines convenues. Une garantie pour ceux qui recherchent le sérieux et la sécurité. Je reviendrai certainement l'appeler
