House Sitting and Evening Walks
I've been walking dogs for three years and been around them my whole life. It's the part of my week I actually look forward to. Your dog keeps their routine. Same meals, same walks, same order. You show me how it works at the walkthrough and I stick to it. I'm comfortable with older dogs too. I've handled some with limited mobility and I've given medication on a schedule. I speak English and Spanish. Hablo español
Qualifications
Safety, trust & environment
I don't board dogs at my place. I come to you. Your dog sleeps in their own bed and keeps their own schedule, which is usually the easiest thing for them. We start with a walkthrough so I get your dog right. How much they eat and when. Any medication and the trick to getting them to take it. Which leash and harness. Where the food and the cleanup bags live. Your vet and a backup contact. What your dog does when they're nervous and what helps them settle. I write it all down and I work from those notes. Keys get handed off in person or through a lockbox. I never leave one out. I never put your address on a tag. Leash stays on anytime we're outside. No dog parks or off-leash areas unless you tell me your dog is good with it. I check the gate and the door behind me every single time. You'll get a photo and a few lines every morning and every evening. Not a running commentary. Just enough that you never wonder how it's going. I have a car and your dog rides secured. If they need a vet I'll get them there and call you from the parking lot. We'll sort out how payment works beforehand so nobody is figuring that out in an exam room. If I can't reach you I'll try your backup contact and I'll act. I'm not going to sit on something waiting for a text back. On house sits I bring in the mail and take the bins out. I don't have people over. Your place stays yours.
Ratings and reviews
Eleno has become more than a trainer for my dog child, Artemis — he has become a source of trust, safety, and genuine friendship. From the very beginning, Eleno showed a calm, grounded presence that Artemis responded to immediately. His guidance has helped Artemis grow more confident, more centered, and more connected to the world around him. What stands out most is the bond they’ve built. Artemis lights up when he sees Eleno, and the way they interact feels like watching two best friends who understand each other without words. Knowing I can leave Artemis with someone who protects him, teaches him, and treats him with real care gives me peace I didn’t know I needed. Eleno isn’t just good at what he does — he is someone I trust wholeheartedly with my dog child’s wellbeing. That kind of trust is rare, and I’m grateful every day for the love and dedication he brings into Artemis’s life.
I had the pleasure of meeting Eleno a few years ago when I needed someone to watch my lab and my cat as I was traveling a lot. He was very professional and courteous and always on time. Both my animals loved spending time with Eleno and absolutely looked forward to his visits. Last year I had to put Shilo my lab down and when it was time Eleno asked if he could help take him in and say goodbye. It was then I knew I couldn’t have had a better person to care for my pets. Obviously I highly recommend Eleno.
We couldn’t be happier with Eleno! He is very punctual and shows up like clockwork on our designated days, every single time, which makes scheduling around our week so much easier. I can always rely on him to be there when he says he will. Our lab is a big, friendly guy who used to get very excited around new people, and I was worried about him jumping on others during walks. Eleno was incredibly patient with him from day one, staying attentive and keeping him well-managed around other people without ever making him feel scolded or anxious. It took a few walks, but now they're best friends — my dog lights up the moment he sees him. If you have an enthusiastic dog who needs a little extra patience and attention, Eleno is exactly who you want. Reliable, patient, and genuinely great with dogs.

Schedule
Weekend trips are what I do best. Saturdays and Sundays I'm home with your dog the whole day. On weekdays I'm there overnight, out the door in the morning after breakfast and a walk, and back by six for a long evening walk and the rest of the night. Longer trips work well for dogs who are comfortable on their own during the workday. For walks and drop-ins, weekday evenings after 6pm and anytime on weekends.
