Dogs have been a central part of my life from a young age, particularly they're care, training, and love. I am always excited to meet new pets and get to understand their unique personalities and traits! I grew up with big dogs, Rottweilers and Malamutes and Pit Bulls. I was responsible for the walking, feeding, and potty needs of our dogs from a young age. My family trained sled dogs and showed Rottweilers professionally. My mother was a defense lawyer for dog litigation, such as dangerous dog charges. I began dogsitting and catsitting for neighbors at the age of 10, and expanded to home stays as a teenager. Professionally, I have experience for caring for puppies, seniors, special needs pups, high energy pups, and those that need some extra patience or training. I have experience helping with mobility, giving medication, and reinforcing training and socialization as needed. Two notes: I am not comfortable letting a dog I am petsitting off-leash outside of their fenced in yard. I am not comfortable leaving a dog unsupervised for more than 10-12 hours.
