Hi! I’m a dedicated and experienced pet caregiver with over 10 years of experience working with dogs and 1 year of experience caring for cats. Animals have been a central part of my life, and I truly enjoy building trust with each pet I care for. For the past 3 years, I’ve also been an active foster with Homeward Trails Animal Rescue, caring for dogs in need of temporary homes, and I’ve recently begun fostering cats as well. Through fostering, I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience with animals of all ages, temperaments, and medical needs. I’ve cared for puppies through senior dogs (up to 15 years old), including pets recovering from illness, surgery, and ongoing medical conditions. I’m comfortable administering medications, following specific care instructions, and providing calm, attentive support to pets who need a little extra care and patience. Whether your pet is energetic and playful or older and needs a gentler routine, I focus on creating a safe, comfortable, and stress-free environment. I treat every animal like they’re my own and prioritize communication so you always feel confident while you’re away.

Schedule
Pet care is a consistent and natural part of my weekly routine. I currently foster dogs through Homeward Trails Animal Rescue and also care for foster cats, so my days already revolve around feeding schedules, potty breaks, playtime, training reinforcement, and monitoring overall health and behavior. I’m used to structuring my day around animal needs, including early mornings and flexible check-ins throughout the day. Because I’ve cared for pets with a wide range of needs—from energetic puppies to senior dogs and animals recovering from illness or surgery—I’m comfortable adjusting my schedule to provide reliable, attentive care when needed.

I prioritize creating a safe, calm, and structured environment for every pet in my care. In my home, I maintain a pet-friendly space that is clean, supervised, and free of hazards, with routines that help animals feel secure and comfortable. I follow each pet’s normal schedule as closely as possible, including feeding, potty breaks, exercise, enrichment, and rest time. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and routines and aim to minimize disruption. I carefully follow all instructions provided, including feeding schedules, medication needs, training guidelines, and any behavioral notes. I also make sure doors, gates, and crates are secured and that pets are always supervised during care. Because of my experience fostering through Homeward Trails Animal Rescue, I’m very comfortable caring for pets with a wide range of needs, including anxious animals, seniors, and pets recovering from medical issues. My goal is always to provide consistent, attentive care so pets feel safe and owners feel at ease while they’re away.
