Elena stayed with our dogs for a quick getaway for the afternoon/evening on July 4th. We are very pleased with how attentive she was to our dogs needs.
Elena was great! She sent me updates and pictures regularly and I came home to very happy pups!
Elena did an incredible job caring for our babies while we were out of town for a week. She spent lots of time loving and playing with our girl, Salem. She even tried her best to win over our semi-feral boy, Crush. We will definitely book her anytime that we need a pet/house sitter.
We hired Elena to house sit (i.e. stay overnight with our pets) over the Thanksgiving holiday. We know exactly when the sitter came and went to our house based on our Ring camera. House sitter showed up for two 3-minute visits in a 26 hour period and didn't stay overnight the first night. She left the animals for 15 hours with no care. Sitter did not provide water, walks, or attention to the animals. We had to contact a neighbor to go to our house to provide basic care and walk the dog. We had to return home a day early because we were concerned for our animals well being. Upon returning home we found the back door was unlocked and ajar. Luckily, our inside-only cat did not get out.
Elena is very gentle and calm with our elderly dog with severe separation anxiety. Yet, our younger, playful, enthusiastic dog is very happy with her, as well. She is knowledgeable about dogs and their needs, and prompt and responsible. Thank you to Elena for taking such good care of our pups! We will definitely hire her again!
Elena did a great job taking care of my two dogs for a long weekend. She sent me updates and I came home to calm and happy dogs. She is very responsible and good with animals. I definitely recommend her.
