Elena was excellent, sending daily texts with updates and photos. This was my first experience using a dog walker. Couldn’t have asked for a more professional experience.

Elena’s great, she was quick to respond to my request and came to meet us and our dog on short notice. I had a medical emergency for a family member and needed to leave town ASAP. I met both her and her husband both very nice and kind the kinda of people you’d want to be watching your dog. Did great with all instructions given for my dog. One thing that kinda surprised me is when she came by to drop off the key for the house after her stay my dog seemed to like her more than me, I was just a little jealous.

Elena was very responsive with pictures and updates to ensure we were comfortable that our dog was being well cared for while we were away for a week. Lola had a lot of fun with her, her dogs and another dog boarding there. Her fenced in yard was perfect for lots of outdoor play. We will definitely use Elena again.

This was my first experience with Rover. I selected Elena based on her reviews and feedback. Elena is WONDERFUL. I feel so fortunate to have found this service. My puppy was so happy to be there and honestly, I think a bit sad to come home as he is our only pet. He had playmates and a great environment to run and play. Elena was extremely conscientious and helpful before, during and after Lambeau's stay. I don't think I could ever kennel my dog after this experience.

We love Elena and so does Lily! We are so glad we found her and will continue to use her regularly. A true professional with a great heart who loves dogs.
