Elena welcomed our little terrier Preston & was very understanding with his needs, I could tell she was confident with dogs & understood his issues. She sent me photos straight away to show me he had settled in & sent me photos during his stay. She was accommodating with timings & I would definitely use her again.
I recently had Elena sit for my little dog, Dorby, and I couldn’t be more pleased! I dropped her off in the morning, and when I picked her up in the evening, she was happy and well-cared for. Elena clearly has a knack for connecting with dogs; Dorby warmed up to her right away. She sent me updates throughout the day, which reassured me that she was having a great time.
