Safe, Caring & Stress-Free Pet Care
My partner Tom and I have over 30 years of combined experience caring for dogs. We’ve owned our own pets and understand first-hand how important it is to leave them with someone you can truly trust. We have cared for a wide range of breeds and ages, from 4-month-old dachshund puppies to 15-year-old senior labradors, so we’re confident supporting energetic puppies as well as older pets who need a calmer, more attentive approach. We are originally from the UK and have offered our serviced on a paid basis in both Australia and Canada! We’re adaptable, reliable, and committed to providing safe, loving, and stress-free care, treating every pet as if they were our own. Please note that we’re unable to accommodate reactive or aggressive pets. While we have plenty of experience caring for animals, we’re not professional dog trainers or behaviour specialists - just animal lovers who enjoy spending time with your pups!

Eleanor and Thomas really took good care of Romer! They were patient with her knowing that she’s a senior dog. They updated us everyday on Romer’s “walkies” which she loves! Romer truly looked like she was having so much fun. We will definitely get Eleanor and Thomas’ services everytime we go on a trip.

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into our daily routine as we work from home most days! Which allows us to be present throughout the day for walks, toilet breaks, feeding, playtime, and companionship. On weekends, we are fully free, meaning your pet will receive plenty of attention, longer walks, playtime, and relaxed care in a calm home environment. We make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and part of the family while in our care.

We tailor our care to each pet’s individual needs and routine. In our home, pets are welcomed into a calm, safe, and loving environment where they’re treated like part of the family. We follow owners’ instructions closely when it comes to feeding schedules, walks, medication, playtime, and sleep routines to help pets feel settled and stress-free. For dogs, we provide regular walks, potty breaks, enrichment, and plenty of affection. For cats, we focus on maintaining their routine, offering companionship, playtime, and a quiet space to relax. Our priority is always your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness.
A typical day
We love keeping pets both happy and stimulated. Activities would include: - Regular walks. - Playtime with their favourite toys. - Games like fetch or tug of war with their toys. - Basic training reinforcement. - Lots of cuddles and calm time. We also enjoy tailoring activities to each pet’s energy level, whether that’s active outdoor time or relaxed companionship at home.

- It’s important for us to know a pet’s routine, energy level, temperament, medical needs, allergies, triggers, training cues, feeding schedule, and any behavioural quirks ahead of time. We also like to understand what they enjoy most (walks, play, cuddles), how they interact with other animals and people, and any boundaries or house rules so we can provide consistent, safe, and stress-free care.
