I currently only have weekends and evenings/nights available to look after pets. I can also only look after pets in their owners home as mine is under renovations.

Caring for pets in their owners home will needs to be discussed on a case by case basis for the pet and the owner. I will always enter caring for a pet with compassion and a nurturing mindset. Looking after a pet in their owners home I would need to understand the boundaries already in place and would want to know their expectations for their home and their pet before before services being agreed.

I will need to know if your pet has special needs and what these mean for your pets day to day life. I will also need to know if your pet has any medication and when they need to take it and any other medical specifics. I do not have a lot of experience with dogs that need medication so it is very important to know this information.
Typowy dzień
A typical day with your pet will include walking the dog around the river Foss which is at the bottom of my house. This can be anywhere from 30mins to 60+mins depending on how much exercise your pet needs. We also have large fields around where I live which means your dog can play fetch, have a ball thrown and just a general good run around. There will be lots of smells on the river as well as other dogs and people so your pet will have mental stimulation as well as good socialization.

I'm El! I had a dog from when she was a puppy right through to old age. We trained her with various commands when she was young as well as monitoring her care and medication when she was older. I have also helped with friends and families dogs with day to day care (fed, walked, bathed etc).

Eleanor is a lovely dog sitter - answers enquiries quickly , is always punctual and very friendly . She has looked after Millie a few times now including this Fri evening and also this Sat . She is always very good with Millie and Millie really enjoys her company -we get loads of pictures of Millie looking relaxed and happy which is reassuring as Millie has separation anxiety . Eleanor was fabulous she sent me lovely updates on how my Barney dog was doing i felt so reassured and she stayed and the home was just as we left it lovely and tidy! Barney had a fantastic stay would highly reccomend Eleanor extremly professional relaible and friendly and will defintely be using again! Thanks so much Eleanor.
