Genuine animal lover, with lots of love to give.
I’m very experienced with most animal care, having had a wide range of my own animals including the more unusual pets such as ferrets and chinchillas. Currently I have a large very soppy dog and a cat. The beauty of living where I do is I have 38 acres of private woodland on my doorstep for the most exciting woodland walks for your fur babies. I am at home for the majority of each day, so always have me around for company. Having the woodland outside the back door makes it easy for frequent walks without having to travel. If your dog isn’t compatible with cats, please don’t worry as my cat spends most of his time outside either up a tree or hunting !

Nala had a lovely stay with Eleanor. We received lots of updates and Nala was well looked after for our week away. Lovely cool setting meant she could enjoy the outdoors even in the heat!
Ellie took our last minute booking as our sitter pulled out for our little Shih Tzu Teddy. She and her family were very accommodating of Teddy's needs and she has a whole forest around her house so ideal for dogs with good recall.
Eleanor has looked after our pet cockapoo while we've been away on a few occasions now, and did so again recently over New Year week. Eleanor and her family give good care and attention to her, and she's always been reliable, responsive to messages, and tried to be flexible and accommodating for us when we've had unexpected changes of plans or delays. Thanks Eleanor!

Eleanor was brilliant with our Staffy, Peggy. Peggy had a great week with her and her family, she enjoyed lots of cuddles and also enjoyed all the sticks she could find in the very extensive woodland that is out the back of the house! Eleanor kept us updated with how Peggy was and managed the medication she has everyday without any issue. Overall very pleased to have found her and would recommend for dog boarding.
Ellie took our last minute booking and was super accommodating with our schedule changes. She took great care of our dog who was nervous about staying at a new place but settled in and made the most of the incredible woods to run in!

Schedule
I am self employed and work predominantly from home, so the dogs and animals always have plenty of company, toilet breaks and cuddles. Plus walks and plenty of time to play

I treat all boarding dogs the same as I do my own. This is a home from home environment. Good recall is useful as I live in my own 38 acre private woodland, although not essential, as I have long lines they can enjoy pottering around on in between walks. We live in a unique setting ideal for dog sitting and all our boarders go home happy and having had fun !
Pets
A typical day
Breakfast is dealt with military precision ! Then it’s an early morning walk to blow away the cobwebs in the shade of the forest. We then potter around outside sorting all the other animals out and then it’s time for a nap whilst I do some work. Lunchtime involves a little potter around outside for around half an hour. More nap time while I work. Before teatime if it’s not too warm we’ll play fetch with balls and or sticks. If it’s warm there’s time to paddle in shallow containers. Teatime is also dealt with with military precision 😊then time to digest and a lovely early evening walk through the woods
