Home All Day, Dogs Welcome
We’re retired and have shared our home with dogs for most of our married life. Having recently said goodbye to our beloved Springer Spaniel, Lucy, we’re not quite ready for another dog of our own, but we’d love to welcome yours into our home. With plenty of time, patience and affection to give, your dog will enjoy lots of company, walks, playtime, cuddles and individual care, with the comfort of knowing someone is at home throughout the day. Our children have grown and flown the nest, although our five grandchildren visit regularly, so our home is warm, friendly and full of life. We understand that every dog has their own personality and routine, and we’ll do everything we can to help them feel safe, happy and loved while you’re away. We’ll care for your dog, as we did with our own, giving you complete peace of mind.

Brian and Eleanor have looked after several of our dogs over the years, and more recently, our Cockapoo puppy, Broxi. They are incredibly reliable, flexible, and genuinely kind and caring. It’s clear that Broxi’s happiness and wellbeing are always their top priority, with plenty of walks, ball games, cosy blankets, and the occasional treat! They care for our dog as if he were their own, and their passion for what they do really shines through. Knowing he is so well looked after gives us complete peace of mind, and it’s obvious he is loved and spoiled while we’re away. We couldn’t recommend Brian and Eleanor highly enough.

Schedule
We are home all day so will always be on hand to attend to your dogs needs. We are early risers so can easily fit into your dogs regular routine.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fully enclosed garden and lots of green spaces nearby. We are happy taking your dog in the car, if this is something you’re comfortable with. We are happy to crate your dog or provide whatever sleeping space it’s used to. We can offer peace and quiet or playtime depending on your pets needs.
