Hello! I’m Ellie, and I would be thrilled to be your go-to pet sitter while away. I have a super sweet dog named Frankie, who’s not just my furry companion but also my best buddy. Frankie has a playful spirit and loves to run around and play at the dog park, but she also knows how to relax and enjoy some quality couch time, so I always aim to provide a good balance of play/enrichment time and resting. Our daily routine includes long walks where we explore the neighbourhood and visit the dog park every day, ensuring plenty of exercise and socialization. I love getting outside and enjoying the fresh air, and I can’t wait to share that experience with your pup. I work from home, which gives me a lot of flexibility in my schedule. This means I can give your dog the attention they need, whether it's playtime, walks, or just some gentle cuddles. My primary goal is to ensure your furry friend feels safe, secure and loved while they’re in my care. I believe that open communication is key, so you can expect regular updates and photos to keep you connected with your dog while you’re away. Ellie was wonderful with Ziggy! She was super communicative and easy to work with. I had some travel delays and she was so helpful in accommodating a change in plans. Ziggy had a great stay. Would definitely book with Ellie again
Eleanor was a wonderful sitter! My dog unfortunately had to have surgery 2 weeks before we left town and Eleanor was very understanding that he wasn’t feeling 100% himself. She took great care of him and sent regular updates.

Ellie was a great caretaker for our furry babies. We have two large-ish mixed-breed dogs, one who is extremently high maintenance. Ellie loved them like they were her own, and was able to manage the energy and 'enthusiasm' of both. She sent updates and asked questions, and I felt super comfortable with her in charge. I would user her again if she was available in our area!

Schedule
I work from home and care for my dog Frankie so I am home most of the time to care for your pup. The most I might be gone is a couple hours at a time to run errands and if I do have to go out I make sure your pup is well exercised, tired and ready for a nap.

I live in a very spacious apartment within walking distance of multiple parks and walking trails. While in the home I can set up separate areas for your pet to make them feel secure and at home or let them have free rein of the apartment (whatever works best for your pet's needs). I take pride in giving my dog the best life possible and would extend that sentiment to any dog in my care. Throughout the day I offer tons of attention, treats and playtime and regular pictures and updates to give you peace of mind while you are away!.

A typical day
I love to provide a combination of both play and rest for my dog. Every morning we wake up eat breakfast and head out for either a long walk (an hour-ish) or a trip to the dog park to get some energy out and start the day. During the week I work from home but be sure to take my dogs out every couple hours to walk around the neighborhood. After work, we typically make either another long walk or a dog park run before dinner and out again before bedtime.
