Availability
I currently have a very flexible schedule as have time away from work, so I’m available for walks and drop-in visits throughout the week and would love the company of some furry friends. I’m particularly flexible during the day at the moment, making it easy for me to fit around your dog’s individual routine and needs. When I return to work, I work from home two days a week and have good availability at weekends. On the three days I’m in the office, I finish at 4pm, so I’m also available for evening walks and drop-ins. I’m happy to work around your schedule wherever I can and will always make sure your dog gets the care and attention they need.

I want every dog in my care to feel safe, happy and comfortable. I have grown up with dogs my whole life and understand that every dog is different, with their own personality, routine and needs. I’m patient, attentive and always take the time to get to know each dog, their quirks and follow their owner’s instructions carefully. I’m experienced in caring for an older dog with ongoing health issues and giving daily medication, so I’m comfortable providing extra care when needed. For walks, I always prioritise safety and keep dogs secure and supervised, while making sure they have plenty of time to explore, sniff and enjoy themselves. During drop-in visits, I’ll provide lots of attention, cuddles and companionship, as well as making sure they have everything they need before I leave.

Dogs have been a huge part of my life since I was just 3 years old and I absolutely adore them. I’ve always had a family dog and currently have a 12 year old dog who has experienced a number of health issues over the years, so I’m comfortable giving daily medication and providing extra care and attention when needed. I’m reliable, caring and patient, and I’ll treat your dog as if they were my own. Whether it’s an exciting walk, a drop-in visit for some company and cuddles, or simply making sure they’re happy and well cared for while you’re away, I’ll always make their wellbeing my priority. I live with my partner and we’re both huge dog lovers, so dogs are always made to feel welcome and loved.

Ellie has enjoyed our 2 dogs over the years. She has been engaging with the dogs, bringing out their playful side whenever she is around them. She clearly loves and cares for them. Ellie shows responsibility for the dogs when we are out walking, she keeps them safe on a lead when appropriate and is aware of the risks that might be a danger to the dog. Eg.glass, traffic, other dogs, foxtail grass, surface temperatures in hot weather etc… I have ne hesitation leaving our dog with Ellie, as know the dog is in good hands.
