Experienced husband/wife pet sitting team. I (Elasa) have been around animals since I was a child. My family affectionately called our house "the zoo" because over the years we had a multiple dog, cat, guinea pig, ferret, hampster, fish and lizard household. There is barely an animal I have not cared for and I have taken that passion and experience into pet sitting for our clients. What makes us stand out is our professionalism. I work for a software company and am an ambitious person who loves to get the job done right. My husband is a student, going back to school after managing restaurants for over 2 decades. We thought why not offer that high level of service to pet parents! We will customize our pet care to your babies- if you have a senior dog, frequent potty breaks may be a must and medication administration. If you have an active younger dog, frequent walks and play maybe top priority! We come to your home, so your pup will not endure the stress of changing environments & keep thier routine! I work my day job from my laptop, so I can provide frequent potty breaks, med administration, walks or whatever else they may need.

We only are available to come to your home as my home has a strict pet policy. I mostly prefer to do overnight stays, but my husband and I can accomidate some dog walking visits with our schedule. We are happy to do meet and greets before we stay! Your comfort with us is top priority! I know what it's like to leave your home and animals in someone else's care, and it's imperative you feel secure.

We had a wonderful experience with Elasa and Stephen! They took excellent care of both our dogs and cats, including administering medications without any issues. We really appreciated the daily updates, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. We were delayed coming home and they came back to check on the dogs. We came home to a clean house and, most importantly, very happy and well-cared-for pets. Highly recommend!
I really trust Elasa who’s my go-to pet sitter! I highly recommend Elasa if you are looking for a reliable and friendly pet-sitter! Elasa took care of our two cats Halfpint and Pumpkin multiple times when we went on trips. Halfpint is a long hair cat who loves her and is always well-groomed by Elasa too. (Pumpkin is too shy for everyone who’s not us). She’s always so professional and friendly in communication. She even took care of my plants so well. Totally recommend her!

Elasa took amazing care of my Great Pyrenees, Bear, while I was out of town in the Outer Banks for a summer family vacation. From the very beginning, she was communicative, reliable, and incredibly thoughtful. She sent me daily updates and photos of Bear, and honestly, it made me feel like I was still with him while I was away. If FaceTiming your dog were possible, this was the next best thing—it truly made me miss him a little less. Bear is 120 pounds and can definitely be intimidating, especially since he usually doesn’t warm up to strangers easily. Elasa handled him so well. She was calm, patient, and respectful of his boundaries, which made a huge difference. It was clear she understood large dogs and knew how to earn their trust without pushing them. Seeing how comfortable Bear was with her gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Elasa treated Bear like her own, and I felt confident the entire time knowing he was in such good hands. I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, attentive, and trustworthy pet sitter—especially if you have a large or cautious dog.

Schedule
I (Elasa) work full time at home with 1 day required in office. This allows me to work from your home and provide care to your animals on my scheduled breaks. My husband is a student so our schedule is flexible. Most nights we are in watching our favorite show. If we do go out, it will be for under a 4 hr period to make sure your pup doesn't stay alone too long and gets let out. If 4 hrs is too long, just let me know and I will make it shorter to accommodate!

- We want to know everything about your pets so we can customize my care plan. Knowing your pets breed, activity level,age, medications, social battery, and tolerance for new people is essential. If you have fish/reptiles, I need to know Temps for the tanks, feeding schedules, and humidity requirements (usually tropical-frogs, lizards). I am very detailed in how I care for pets as I know one slip up, especially fish and lizards can cause hazardous changes in thier environment.
