Dogs and Cats Make My Day
I’ve owned dogs and cats my whole life and I’m convinced they are smarter than some people. I’ve owned and cared for my dogs and my friends dogs since I was a teenager. All kinds of dogs, all sizes. I love mutts and pure breds. I’ve rescued many dogs over the years and I bred and showed Lhasa Apso’s for 10 years so I know all about hair and pampering! I was a sitter for Rover for 3 years when I lived in Los Angeles and all my clients always trusted me with their furry friends. I love the energy of unconditional love that animals bring to a house. Animals should be spoiled. And I do that with pleasure. Dogs and cats always make me smile.

Elaine S. was fantastic! She took great care of our dogs, Chloe and Culver, and gave us peace of mind while we had dinner and drinks in Palm Springs. She kept us updated with great communication, including photos and messages, which we really appreciated. It was clear our dogs were comfortable and well cared for, we came home to happy, relaxed pups. I’ve tried posting a review for Elaine twice, but Rover keeps crashing. But I liked her so much that I continue to attempt this because she’s awesome and it’s wonderful to find somebody that you trust with your pets, especially when your pets are older.
Elaine is AMAZING. She took great care of our pooch - Splashy. He had a great time with her. She's very reliable, professional and lovely. Highly recommend. Looking forward to having her sit for us again!

Schedule
I’m retired and have a creative online etsy shop that I maintain from home. My schedule is my own and I’m content to e a homebody.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a gated community with 2 enclosed dog parks for lots of playtime and safety for dogs. I trained mynshowvdogs years ago and am comfortable with their idiosyncrasies.
A typical day
As I’m retired I can basically do as I wish. I’m an artist and create from home so I have plenty of time to care for dogs and cats.
