In a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space, keep everything clean, and make sure the pet feels as comfortable as possible in their familiar environment. I had a wonderful experience with Elaine taking care of my dog, Milo, for 4 days. From the moment I dropped him off, I felt completely at ease knowing he was in great hands. She was very attentive, caring, and communicative throughout the entire stay. I especially appreciated the regular updates, photos, and messages she sent, which gave me peace of mind and allowed me to see how happy and comfortable Milo was while I was away. It's clear that she genuinely loves dogs and treats them as if they were her own. Milo came home happy, well cared for, and relaxed, which is always the best sign. I would absolutely trust her to watch Milo again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, responsible, and caring dog sitter.
First time booking on Rover. Elaine is very accommodating and I was able to book her on short notice. I have a six month old pug puppy who is very energetic and just got a neuter surgery, and she was able to accommodate his needs and care for him. She sent photos while I was away, mainly of him napping so I know he was tired out. She provided feedback on his pulling behaviors on walks and suggested different types of harnesses. I will definitely book her again, and thank you, Elaine!
Elaine is a wonderful babysitter to our furry animales. She really helped us make out move to New York city so smoothly because she took really good care of our babies.
Thank you for taking such great care of Tilly, Elaine! We left Tilly, our 3.5-year-old adopted bulldog, with Elaine for the first time since adopting her, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Elaine was incredibly kind, flexible, and attentive with Tilly. She stayed at Elaine’s place for 5 days, and we even had to add an extra day last minute because of a mistake on our end. Elaine was very accommodating and understanding throughout it all. When we picked Tilly up, she was happy, excited, and honestly looked like she wanted to stay even longer! As first-time users of the app and first-time dog parents leaving Tilly with someone new, this experience gave us so much peace of mind.
