*UPDATED PROFILE* My name is Elaine, mom of 4 and grandma of 7. I love dogs and cats and actually most any type of pets. I've been working through Rover for quite a few years now. We, my husband and I, used to own a house in Everett, WA. About a year ago we sold our home and purchased a house with my son and his family in Mount Vernon, WA. We currently occupy the double garage and are going to be slowly renovating it as our own living space that is attached to the rest of the house when we have saved up for it. We have a couch, bed and dog beds too and a really efficient heater so it's warm and comfortable here. We just want to build our bedroom separate and have our kitchen area finished. We do have a fully fenced backyard and we take the dogs out for walks daily. I'm retired and am available every day for dog walking and drop ins! If you live under 1 miles from me I can do hour walks. Over 1 mile up to 2 miles, I can do half hour walks. Drop ins are half hour each. I can also change litter boxes and put food and water down for dogs and cats and let them out into a fenced back yard for potty breaks or take them out on leashes to go potty. I can watch dogs up to 30lbs. They must be potty-trained and non-aggressive for safety. I also offer dog walking as well as drop in visits. For walking and drop ins, I do not mind large dogs as long as they are non-aggressive. I will not accept walking or dropping in on dogs that might growl or sound threatening to me. Finlee had a wonderful stay with Elaine!! She did a wonderful job of taking care of my doodle when I went on a little vacation!! She was healthy, happy, and enjoyed Elaine’s company. Elaine was absolutely wonderful with Meeka! From the warm and welcoming meet-and-greet to the drop-off, she put us completely at ease. Meeka can get stressed and requires night-time medication, but Elaine strictly followed her walking and routine care instructions perfectly. We loved receiving regular updates and photos of Meeka enjoying her walks, which gave us total peace of mind. We highly recommend Elaine and will definitely be booking with her again!

Elaine took absolutely great care of Pepe while was away for two weeks! The daily updates and pictures gave me great peace of mind. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing Pepe was in great hands.
Elaine did a great job at making our dog safe while we were away. I wasn't sure about the garage situation, but Diggidy was happy when we returned. Elaine took her for walks and sent us pics and all in all it was a good experience. I will happily use Elaine again in the future.

We just want to build our bedroom separate and have our kitchen area finished and walls built to separate each room, but we are very happy with our area and with the super nice and quiet neighborhood that is so different from the noisy Everett city we lived in just off Broadway. We do have a fully fenced backyard and we take the dogs out for walks daily. I'm retired and am available every day for dog walking and drop ins! If you live under 1 miles from me I can do hour walks. Over 1 mile up to 2 miles, I can do half hour walks. Drop ins are half hour each. I offer dog and cat care in your home. For walks, I will walk your dog for half an hour each day (if you live under 2 miles from me, I can do longer.)

I do offer to take dogs on walks. If that's not possible, I'm not above playing fetch with them and getting down to their levels. I will also take photos of them and post in the Rover app for you to see!
