I treat your home and your pets with respect, kindness, compassion, and love. I’m a guest in your family’s home and would not do anything to jeopardize that relationship. At home, I make sure necessary doors and windows are closed and the space is clean tidy so no ingestion accidents happen. Before any outside activities, I make sure the temperature isn't too hot and can defer to inside enrichment activities if outside temps are dangerous. During walks and playtime I remain attentive to not only your dog's behavior but the external environment to ensure both our safety. I provide text and picture updates at an agreed upon cadence. In the event accidents happen, you will be notified by text and voice immediately and necessary safety protocols will be followed.

Elaine is one of the kindest and most trustworthy people I've ever met! I am very picky about who I leave my dog, Edna, with; but I trust Elaine with her 1000%! I always know she will love and care for my baby as if she were her own! Elaine is so incredibly thoughtful and often sends me updates and pictures throughout the day (not because I ask her to, but just because she knows I'm an anxious fur parent and wants to give me peace of mind). 🥹 As far as pet caregivers go, you won't find anyone better than Elaine! Your fur baby will be SO LUCKY to be in her care, and you will be thrilled to have a go-to pet sitter you can trust completely!! I seriously can't recommend her enough!
Elaine has cared for our two dogs more times than I can count, and there is truly no one else I trust more with them. We are neighbors and close friends, and at this point our dogs consider her family. They regularly wander over to her house to visit, and I sometimes wonder if they like her more than us. Elaine genuinely loves and enjoys animals. She isn’t someone who just shows up to feed the dogs and leave. Even when she isn’t dog sitting for us, she’ll take a break from work to come outside and say hello and give them pets. While we were out of town one of our dogs developed an infected anal gland and needed a vet visit followed by ongoing treatment at home. Elaine stepped in without hesitation. She gave medications, did warm compresses, changed dressings, monitored her closely, and kept us updated throughout the whole ordeal. It was a pretty gross situation, but she handled it with so much care and kindness and made sure our dog was comfortable and well cared for until we got home. Elaine is reliable, communicative, and treats other people’s pets as if they were her own. We never worry when our dogs are with her, and that peace of mind is priceless.
Elaine is everything we hoped for when looking for someone to watch our Shiba Inu (Haku). She was communicative, respectful of our home, and diligent with his care. Elaine stayed home most of the weekend with Haku and if she needed to go out for anything, it was communicated clearly to us beforehand. She followed the guidelines for Haku care closely and was receptive to any tips and feedback we offered in order to maximize her success while watching Haku. We felt at ease knowing that Haku was with Elaine, which allowed us to enjoy our trip meaningfully.
Elaine is a true animal lover. She also takes great care of our dog. She is meticulous with following house rules and takes each dogs' personality into consideration. Our shiba inu is very particular with his schedule and routine, and Elaine is always the best at accommodating. When she dogsits for us, we trust that she is truly there to spend time with our dog and make sure he's comfortable.
