Hi! My name is Elaina, and I am passionate about providing safe, loving, and individualized care for every pet who stays with us. I currently work from home while my husband and I prepare to welcome our first baby this fall. This allows me to offer flexible scheduling, close supervision, frequent potty breaks, and plenty of attention throughout the day. My husband, Joseph, is also home two out of every three days, so there is often an extra set of hands available when needed. - * Experience I have over 15 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of various breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities through both personal experience and caring for pets belonging to family and friends. We currently have two friendly dogs of our own: a 55 lb Australian Mountain Doodle and a 75 lb Lab/Great Dane mix who both enjoy meeting new friends. I also have experience with puppies, senior dogs, anxious dogs, and multi-dog households. Friends and family frequently trust me to care for their pets, and our fenced yard is often used for supervised puppy playdates and socialization. Before working from home, I worked as a pediatric occupational therapy provider supporting children with autism and developmental delays. I also have experience in animal-assisted therapy and have received formal education on dog behavior and its application in therapy settings. These experiences helped me develop a calm, patient, and attentive approach to caring for both people and animals. - * Our Home Our home is a spacious two-story house with a fully fenced yard, nearby walking paths and parks, and plenty of space for dogs to relax, play, and feel comfortable. Dogs are welcome to be part of our daily routine and are treated like family during their stay. We also have gates available if separation is ever needed for safety, rest, or comfort. - * Personalized Care We accept only one family of pets at a time, allowing us to provide individualized attention throughout your pet’s entire stay. This approach helps us tailor care to each dog’s unique routine, personality, and comfort level. We are happy to accommodate feeding schedules, medications, crate preferences, sleeping arrangements, and any other instructions that help your pet feel safe and at home. - * Communication One of my favorite parts of pet sitting is building relationships not only with the animals but with their owners as well. I love sending photo and video updates throughout your pet’s stay so you can feel reassured, connected, and confident that your dog is happy and well cared for while you’re away. Communication is extremely important to me, and I pride myself on quick responses and consistent updates. - * Services Offered We currently offer boarding, daycare, drop-in visits, dog walking, puppy care, and senior dog care. At this time, we are not offering overnight house sitting in clients’ homes. - * Safety First For the safety and comfort of all pets in our care, we are unable to accept aggressive dogs or dogs that are not comfortable around other dogs. We would love to meet you and your fur family!

Joey and Elaina not only are amazing with their animals, they are amazing with children and always willing to help and do what’s best. Elaina is definitely your gal if you’re looking for an animal loving pet caregiver! One of the biggest hearts I’ve met, and has a natural talent for interacting with animals. I’ve seen first hand her ability to train and maintain habits within her own pups, and some of the tricks she’s been able to teach them are outstanding! Not only is she able to command these animals, but you can tell she genuinely loves and cares for them as well. She’s taken care of my cats when I’m out of town, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing a pet-sitter!
Elaina is absolutely phenomenal with our dogs! Not only is she incredibly kind but she is always so patient with my.... let's just say energetic pups! Their behavior has improved with some tips she was able to give me and I wouldn't trust anyone more with our furry family. I can not recommend her enough!

Because I work from home, dogs are rarely left unattended for extended periods and typically receive supervision for most of the day. - * Daily Care Dogs in our care receive frequent potty breaks, playtime, walks, companionship, and plenty of supervised interaction throughout the day. We are also happy to accommodate feeding schedules, medications, crate routines, and other special care instructions. - * Personalized Routine We understand that every dog has unique needs and preferences. Whether your pet is a playful puppy, a laid-back adult, or a senior who enjoys a quieter routine, we do our best to maintain consistency so they feel comfortable, safe, and at home. - * Services Offered We currently offer boarding, daycare, drop-in visits, dog walking, puppy care, and senior dog care. To provide the highest level of care and attention, we accept only one family of pets at a time. This allows us to tailor each stay to your dog’s unique routine, personality, and comfort level while ensuring they receive plenty of individual attention throughout their visit. - * Experience With Special Needs We have experience caring for puppies, senior dogs, anxious dogs, and multi-pet households. Every dog is unique, so we tailor each day to your pet’s personality, energy level, and routine. Since I work from home, pets are rarely left alone and are welcomed into our daily routine throughout the day. - * Morning Routine The day typically begins with outdoor potty breaks, breakfast (if applicable), and plenty of attention to help your dog settle into a comfortable routine. We strive to follow your pet’s normal schedule as closely as possible. - * Outdoor Time & Exercise Throughout the day, dogs enjoy frequent outdoor time in our fully fenced yard for potty breaks, exploring, running, playing fetch, or simply relaxing in the sunshine. For dogs who enjoy walks, we also have nearby walking paths and parks that provide great opportunities for exercise and fresh air. - * Relaxation & Companionship Inside the home, pets are welcome to relax with us, nap, sunbathe by the windows, play with toys, or enjoy plenty of affection and companionship throughout the day. Dogs become part of our daily routine and are treated like family during their stay. - * Playtime & Enrichment For social dogs, our resident dogs enjoy supervised playtime and making new friends. More active dogs can also enjoy additional play sessions, enrichment activities, interactive toys, and training reinforcement to help keep them mentally and physically engaged. - * Personalized Attention Whether your dog is a playful puppy, an energetic adult, or a senior who prefers a slower pace, we adjust activities to meet their individual needs. We are equally happy providing active play and exercise or a calm environment filled with rest, comfort, and one-on-one attention. - * Updates Throughout the Day One of my favorite parts of pet sitting is capturing special moments throughout your pet’s stay.
