Since I’m in grad school, I don’t have a fixed schedule and am available throughout the day. I really enjoy building my day around the dogs I care for, whether that means long walks, playtime, or just keeping them company. I spend a lot of time outdoors, so getting your dog outside to move and explore comes easily. I’ve cared for anxious and disabled dogs before, so I’m comfortable taking things at your dog’s pace and giving them the extra patience and attention they may need.

A typical day
As an active person myself, I would take your pup to nearby parks and go on long walks around the city. I can also entertain them in the house with any toys you bring!

I’ve lived with and cared for both cats and dogs since I was 7 years old, and now at 26, animals are still a huge part of my life. While my own precious dog is currently in Turkey with my parents, I love spending time with furry friends while I pursue my master’s degree here in NYC. I have hands-on experience with senior pets, puppies as young as 2 months old, and anxious or reactive dogs, as my own dog back home is a rescue. I genuinely enjoy taking care of animals and will always make sure they feel safe and loved.

Ela was great especially with me needing help so last minute! She was responsive and followed all of the instructions I gave her. Would 100% have her come check in on Larry again!
Ela was SO fantastic with Destiny. She took the time to come meet us at our home and learn all about her routines and triggers. Destiny was smiling from ear to ear after their first walk together. I know she’s in good hands!
Very nice and flexible
Ela was absolutely amazing with our pup! Lola can be a bit timid and anxious but Ela made her feel comfortable and took her on several walks and to the beach. She was flexible and great with communicating. Will definitely be using her again on our next trip to Santa Barbara!
