Seasoned cat sitter & dog walker
If you need boarding or drop-in visits for cats, I'm there with bells on! Happy to travel anywhere in Sheffield and to neighbouring cities as well if need be, as I have a car and work from home, with a very flexible schedule. I am 42 years old and have had cats all my life, save a few years here and there in my student years when I wasn't able to keep cats in my flat. I've had pregnant cats, kittens, senior cats, cats with illnesses and mental health issues, I've cared for dying cats, and I've seen all kinds of feline behaviour. Nothing surprises me anymore, and I love nothing more than to try and figure out the personality of each cat and see what they like and dislike, and what they prefer to do or not to do. I love each and every cat dearly, and love to bond with them. As for dogs, I have been taking care of my friends' dogs periodically for many years now, and I love providing fun and exciting walks for the dogs, playing with them and keeping them active. Happy to drive a bit further and take longer walks too if it suits the dog. I will generally not want to do more than 1 or 2 dogs at a time, unless they are easy to handle together. Have experience with large, reactive dogs and will follow any instruction provided by the owners to a tee. I have two cats at home and can board 2 more cats. I can keep the cats separate or allow them to roam free around the house, as per preference of the owners.

Ekaterina was an amazing host for our two cats who boarded with her whilst we were moving house. She was incredibly understanding and accommodating to their needs, and offered them lots of love, cuddles and attention as well. The space was incredibly well set up, ensuring that they could keep seperate from her own two lovely cats. She even let us come visit them at her home to help settle them in. I would 100% recommend her service and we will definitely use her services again.
Ekaterina has looked after our pet cat Ghost on multiple occasions. She has a real affinity with animals and gave Ghost lots of love and affection while we were away. She is extremely reliable meaning we could enjoy our break worry-free, she also sent us cute updates on request! I would recommend Ekaterina to anyone needing friendly and responsible pet care.
Kat has watched our large, boistrous and reactive dog Starchy many times over the years - she stayed on top of his schedule fantastically, took him on walks and handled him with confidence, and sent us lots of lovely updates as well! She's a wonderful dog sitter and I'd recommend her to everyone.

Schedule
I work full-time from home, and I rarely go out for longer than a few hours at a time in the evenings (cinema or dinner, for example). Whenever I'm not at home for a longer stretch of time, it will be reflected on my calendar at all times.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a pair of bonded cats at home (mother and daughter). They're quite young but very calm, friendly and easy to deal with. They go outside through a cat flap, which can be programmed to just their chip so that your cats won't be able to leave the house. The cats generally get to roam free throughout the whole house, and doors are open everywhere. I'm also happy to keep the cats separate in the house, as there is more than enough space. This is up to the owners.

A typical day
I'm happy to play with the cats, groom them and cuddle up with them. Generally just happy to do whatever the kitties need individually and go from there!
