Hi! I'm an artist/educator living in Sunnyside, Queens who adores all animals. I have a cat myself, named Lemon, who I adore. I've taken care of a multitude of pets through Rover. Additionally, I have cared for my past roommates cats every time she travels and have grown up taking care of cats. I have also cared for several friends' cats while they are away. Growing up, my family had two cats which I fed, played with, and still hold very dear to me. Tending to the cats needs comes very naturally to me, I connect with almost every cat I encounter, even ones that I've been told are not "people cats"!

I'm very detail oriented and make sure there is plenty of room for the pet to express, rest, and play! I know it's very important to engage with the animals actively and I love doing so. It's important for me to give them all the attention they need and comfort them while their loved ones may be away.

Eilish was a great cat sitter, our cat Muffin enjoyed her visits with playtime and snacks. She was able to coordinate with us on a last-minute, changing schedule and was very communicative throughout.
Our cat Meena loved Eilish coming to visit! She was very easy to work with and it was immediately clear that she would be a caring and responsible drop-in sitter. We will not hesitate to use her again.
Found Eilish in a pinch over the Thanksgiving holiday and will definitely be my go to sitter from now on. My cat can be a bit of a grumpy old man but whatever magic Eilish worked, I returned home to a happy angel! She was very communicative throughout the week, sent plenty of photos and I could tell Max was getting a good mix of cuddles and play time. Highly recommend!
I have known Eilish for over 4 years. In that span I have come to learn much about her. She is one of the most compassionate people I have ever met. She is extremely dependable, quite honest, and very conscientious. She has a special place in her heart for all animals and their well being. She cares for other people's pets as she would her own. I would trust her to come in my home and care for my pets and the ones from the shelter I foster for. In fact, she has previously cared for my ESA cat. I remember when I had to go on an unexpected trip and was unable to bring her along. It was the first time we were apart from each other and she really made it easy for me to feel how safe and cared for, my ESA was. She sent me updates, along with pictures and videos when possible. I would say she definitely understands animals and their needs. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend her as a pet sitter.
