I just finished my PhD and I'm waiting on a job contract. I love animals and so would like to spend some time caring and playing with them in the meantime!

Pet care experience
New to the Rover app, but not to pet-sitting! Dogs: I have looked after friends' dogs while they've been away, including in a multi-pet household with a senior dog. Cats: I am very familiar with caring for cats, having had one in my life since I was a child. I have looked after cats with behavioural issues due to trauma. I volunteered in a vet practice in the past.

Eilís looked after my cat Sky when he was a baby. He was wild, curious and very energetic. Eilís took all safety measures and provided high quality care and plenty of love and attention. I was very happy with the communication as well and the fact that my preferences for care and feeding were followed with respect. I would indeed use their services again and I'm sure any animal will be happy to have them as a pet sitter.
Eilís looked after my two cats (nine and three years old) while myself and my partner were on holiday in July 2023. I had full faith in their abilities to take care of the girls because of their conscientious nature, relaxed manner, and previous experience in taking care of cats. We received regular updates and pictures of Madame and Pandi and could fully enjoy our trip away knowing that they were in good hands. We would be delighted to have Eilís as a catsitter again should the occasion ever arise 🥰
Eilís did a fabulous job at minding our 5 pets (2 dogs and 3 cats) when we went away. They were attentive, caring and loving to our babies as if they were their own. Would happily leave them with Eilís again!
