I became a dog- and cat- lover as an adult, never having had pets as a child. When I met my husband, I fell for his dog! She's gone now, and I want to love on every dog I meet!

Margaux came home happy and tired. Eileen was very conscientious about giving my older pup her meds on schedule. Thank you for taking such good care of my girl.
Eileen is a fantastic dog sitter! We tried two other sitters and Zui did not gel with them. He automatically felt comfortable with Eileen, her spouse and her home. She only takes one dog at a time which helps with my dog’s anxiety, as he doesn’t get along too well with other pups. I was nervous as this was the first time we left my Zui with a non-family member. Eileen won Zui over with treats, fetch with the ball in her beautiful and spacious and moreover secured backyard. She sent me photos of how Zui was doing when we were out of town which was a really nice touch! I will 100% book with Eileen again if she isn’t already booked already! She is that good and super popular. Thank you Eileen for being so patient and communicative with me. We appreciate you and Zui has a new “Mommy Eileen”!

Eileen was great with Zui. He wanted to escape her backyard and we quickly figured out to transition him on a leash in her house. My dog is an escape artist! Her home is clean and dog-friendly. She has plenty of toys, a dog bed, and couch that is dog-friendly. My dog is active and needs a backyard and she has a lovely backyard that is fully fenced and secure. My dog settled in well. Will definitely use her Rover services again.
Eileen and her husband did an outstanding job of taking care of our Maltese dog Kailen. She helped us out in a pinch, as we were flying in from Reno to attend my sister's wedding and she was willing to watch him for us. We did a zoom call with her to introduce Kailen to her and it all went well. We will use her again if we need a sitter when we visit Seattle.

Schedule
My husband and I are both retired, so have very flexible schedules. Much as we love being together, time apart is healthy, too. And, walking dogs helps me get my steps in.

Safety, trust & environment
Pets are family, and I will do everything possible to keep them safe and happy. We have a large, fenced yard - great for finding new things to sniff and squirrels to chase. A dog door downstairs makes it easy for them to come and go. Lots of space inside for pet beds and other comforts, too. For pet sitting in a client's home, I'd be sure to know the normal routine, the safety features of the home, emergency numbers, etc.
A typical day
Our large fenced yard provides opportunity for exploration, games of fetch or tug, or just a snooze in the sun on the grass. We have several dog parks that are close, one at the beach. There are two wooded parks with well kept trails within walking distance.
