I grew up in a big family with dogs and cats and am a Mom of 2 dogs of my own. I have truly had a lifetime of being a pet caregiver. I want our furry friends to be comfortable and enjoy my home and yard when they are here. I'm reliable and outgoing and want to make the most of every day for me and our pets. Have looked after famly pets, friends rabbits and birds so I am comfortable with all types of pets, age and size is not an issue. A dog wagon/stroller, crate and toys available if needed. If a car ride is allowed, there are seatbelts and seat covers to keep things in check. I brush and groom my own dogs and am available for light fur refreshing and baths if that is helpful.

Eeva has taken care of our dog many times ever since she was a puppy and she goes above and beyond every time. Eeva is easy to communicate with and very accommodating. She sends pictures and updates regularly which is comforting. Our dog is always well take care of and very happy when we pick her up!!!

Eeva already cared for our first dog before, and now she also took care of our second, rescue dog. She was great with him and sent us updates throughout the day. Super recommend her!
We have left our dog with Eva twice now for extended periods of time We feel extremely comfortable leaving our dog with Eva. She is a real dog lover , cares deeply and shows genuine concern about their well being, their daily routine and their eating habits. Eva is a great communicator, she sent pictures every day and let us know how our dog was doing the whole time she was in her care which was very comforting to us. Eva took our dog for multiple walks per day and also gave her lots of play time in her yard . She is also very responsive to emails in regards to pick up and drop off times etc.
Java had a great time with Eeva and Benji!! Terrific communication and photos daily. I felt Java was treated as part of the family over the holidays. Another wonderful experience.

Schedule
I work very part time and mostly from home so dog daycare/boarding works well into my current schedule. I am an energetic, outdoors person, walking and being outside is part of my normal routine and I have found most dogs enjoy the company and the fresh air as well and I enjoy dogs. Usually I try to work some dog time/stimulation into each part of the day so that things don't get boring. We all need to have some fun and enjoyment in life. I can do a drop off and pick up as a convenience within 10km for $45 or up to 15km for $60. Can arrange this via ROVER and just confirm times and address for pick up. Usually during daytime hours but there are alwasy exceptions.

I live in a house with a fully fenced in yard so your dog is safe and can play too. As I have a dog of my own - a friendly, mellow little one, I know how much we all love our furry family, your pets would be well loved in our home. My dog is older so sleeps a lot but still want some fun play time and he loves his walks the outdoors in general. My boy Benji is calm and I find that affects our guest dogs in the same way. It's important for me to know how you like things done and what your dog's needs are to ensure that everyone is HAPPY and safe! I am calm, give good dog instruction and praise - use leads/coats bring water along and wear my runners or mucklucks as needed. Keeping a schedule that works around the dogs that I am taking care of helps things work smoothly. A crate is available as well if you would want that. Dog gates and barriers also provided to keep mischief, fun and safety in check.
A typical day
The day starts early with a trip to the backyard. We play a little and eat After some rest we head to the greenfield or park with ball or frizbee, playing at the energy level of each dog. There are toys for dogs and we spend time interacting and playing together. Ball toss is a favorite of my shihpoo. Besides spending time in the yard a few times a day, we take 2-3 dog more walks/day in the nearby local park/green space or dog park no matter what the weather. I try to give some stimulation/variety and add fun to the day for my dogs and guest dogs. I make my way to the boardwalk/lake Ontario and walk my dogs there on a regular basis, of course doggie parents need to approve. Use a dog stroller, 2 sizes available if needed for guest dogs or my own if pets are older or need some help. My dogs also listen to a lot of music - so soothing. I am always open to accommodate for your pets special needs too.
