Pet care experience

I excel at making dogs feel calm and like their owners never even left the house. Learning their schedules, quirks, and favorite walking spots helps me make them feel comfortable for extended stays. Energetic puppy? I’ll run around w them and tire them out. Senior dog? We can relax and go at their pace. What sets me apart is my intuition and caring heart.

Taking care of pets requires kindness, responsibility and creativity. Kindness because it's the way to a dog's (any animal's) heart. Responsibility because watching somebody's pet is a serious obligation that demands trustworthiness, accountability and a sense of the huge importance of the task, including a recognition of the faith the pets' owners are bestowing on you. Finally, creativity is important because it's a necessary trait that allows you to handle the wide variety of situations that might arise from engaging with pets who vary in personality and temperament. Every pet is unique, so a creative and open-minded approach to each one will go far in making it feel comfortable and safe. Eddie has all these traits in spades. He has sat with all my dogs for many years, and is now watching my newest puppy, a 10-month-old 90 lb. Bracco Italiano who is a bit out of his mind or, to be PC, shall we say, rambunctious Eddie handles him with care and aplomb and I feel totally comfortable leaving my pup with him. Having run a pet travel site for more than 20 years, I know good pet people when I meet them. Eddie is good pet people. I highly and confidently recommend his services.
