I am self-employed and only leave the house for 2 hrs at a time. I make sure I schedule my work around my pet guests. We have plenty of time with the dogs and we don't leave them unsupervised without letting you know first. There is a lot of one-on-one attention and supervision when they are outdoors.

We wake up and feed all the dogs separately. The dogs get a walk if they like walks. They get supervised time in the backyard, which they love. There is always lots of pets and treats for dogs. We make sure they feel comfortable in a new environment with plenty of attention and love.

Are they updated on all their vaccines and dewormers? Please be ready to show proof. What's their name! Do they like walks? How well do they do with other dogs? Do they like big/small dogs? Are they picky eaters? Any games they like to play? I love all dogs but if you're letting your dog stay with us, they have to be good with other dogs of varying energy. No territorial marking indoors please. Everyone has fun that way. For the safety of yours and my pets, I don't tolerate aggressive dogs no matter the size. If you are going to pick up your pet later that 9 pm, please pay for an extra day and pick up on the following day.
A typical day
I walk around the lake in the Silverlake neighborhood and also play ball with the dogs in my backyard. I go on 45 min-long walk a day with my doggies, rain or shine. I love to let them sniff and investigate every nook and cranny outdoors. We play tug-of-war, go swimming in the lake and even run (if your dog is into that).

Pet care experience
1) I love animals. Have had pets and fostered animals (cats and dogs) ever since I was a teenager. 2) I love going on long walks and taking my dogs along is an added bonus. 3) We have a huge fenced yard (no escape routes) for the dogs to play in. Play and potty breaks are always supervised. 4) We are conveniently located in the Everett-Mill Creek area, right near Silver Lake. 5) It's just me watching your dogs full-time at my home. You can be sure your dogs will feel comfortable here. 6) I don't watch more than 2 dogs at a time. Your dog will get individual attention and I will make sure when they stay here, they get along with our pack. I have one rough collie named Rizzo. He’s very friendly and does great with other dogs. If you have any special requests for your pet, please let me know and I will try my best to accommodate them. Please remember that I only host dogs I can meet in person prior to boarding. This helps you get an idea of where your pet will stay and give me a chance to introduce my dog or guest dogs to them. It also helps me estimate if your dog will be a good fit in a new pack of varying dog personalities. I hope you consider us for your pet vacation :)
