Availability
work remotely from home Monday–Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, which allows me to be present and attentive throughout the day. Because I work from home, I’m able to take breaks during the day for walks, feeding, playtime, and check-ins to make sure your pet gets the care and attention they need. If I have a particularly busy work week, I will update my Rover calendar and turn off my availability in advance to ensure that any pets I accept receive my full attention and care.

A typical day
Because I work remotely from home, I’m available throughout the day to care for your pet. A typical day might look like this: • Morning: I start the day by checking in with your pet—feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning (for cats), and a little cuddle or playtime to start their day happy. • Midday: During breaks, I take dogs for walks or play with them in the yard, and spend quiet time with cats, offering enrichment, toys, or gentle attention. • Afternoon: Another check-in for meals, potty breaks, medication administration if needed, and extra play or lap time. I also provide lots of photos and updates so you can see how your pet is doing. • Evening: A final feeding or snack, a walk if needed, and some calm, comforting time before your pet settles for the night. Throughout the day, I follow your pet’s routine carefully, adjusting for their personality, energy, and any special instructions. Whether they’re playful, shy, or need extra care, I make sure they feel safe, loved, and happy all day long.

Hi! I’m an experienced and reliable pet sitter with over 20 years of hands-on experience as a dog owner. I’ve cared for dogs in every stage of life—from young puppies to senior dogs, as well as dogs with special needs, anxiety, and medical conditions. I’m comfortable with small and large breeds and pets with all kinds of personalities, whether they’re energetic and playful or calm and cuddly. In addition to my own pets, I regularly provide dog and cat care for friends and family, so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust when you’re away. I also have experience with puppy training basics, including reinforcing routines and good behaviors. I’m comfortable with administering medications, including pills and other treatments, and maintaining consistent routines for pets who need extra care. One of my rescue dogs struggled with anxiety, so I’m very familiar with supporting anxious pets and creating a calm, reassuring environment. Something that also sets me apart is that my sister is a former veterinary technician, so I have a knowledgeable contact I can reach out to if any questions arise while caring for your pet. Easy to work with, super casual and flexible, SUPER good communication. Sent photos and updates, nothing was stolen, my animals were still alive and fed, however the cat litter was not done once and that means I came up to some surprises on my floor.
Edina is wonderful with my dogs! I just returned from a week away, and the pups were happy and healthy! She obviously cares very much for my dogs! Definitely recommend!!!
