I always try to make pets feel as comfortable, safe, and loved as possible while their owners are away. In both my home and a client’s home, I make it a priority to stick closely to your pet’s normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, potty breaks, medication schedules, and bedtime habits. Because I work from home, pets in my care receive plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. I make sure they get exercise, affection, and a calm environment where they can feel relaxed and secure. I also understand that every pet has different needs and personalities, so I adapt my care style to what makes them happiest and most comfortable. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always respect your space and maintain the routines and rules you have in place for your pets. I like to learn as much as possible about your pet ahead of time so I can provide the best care and make them feel safe and comfortable. It’s very helpful to know about any special needs, feeding habits, routines, medications, triggers, fears, or behaviors your pet may have. I also appreciate knowing if they are sensitive to certain sounds, movements, other animals, or unfamiliar environments. The more I know about your pet’s personality and routine, the better I can care for them, keep them comfortable, and make sure they feel secure and loved while you’re away.
A typical day
I love keeping pets active, engaged, and happy while they’re in my care! I enjoy playing fetch, hide and seek, tug-of-war, and spending time with them using their favorite toys. I can also do puzzle toys and enrichment activities to help keep them mentally stimulated and entertained. Every pet has a different personality and energy level, so I always try to tailor activities to what they enjoy most, whether that’s long walks, playing outside, cuddling on the couch, or simply spending quality time together. My goal is to make sure your pet feels comfortable, loved, and has plenty of fun while you’re away.

Pet care experience
I have grown up with pets my whole life, so caring for animals has always come naturally to me. I truly love animals and will care for your pets wholeheartedly, just like family. I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, from small breeds to very large dogs, and I’ve also watched multiple dogs at once, including a pack of five. I also understand how important patience, routine, and attention are, especially for pets with medical needs. I have cared for dogs with cancer, kidney disease, infections, and tumors before, and I know the importance of carefully following medication schedules and sticking to the care routine you have set for them.

Eddie has watched all three of our dogs, Luna, Parker, and Zeus, and we trust him completely. Our dogs all have very specific medical and care needs, including medications, special food routines, and skin care, and he always handles everything with so much care and attention. Luna was a senior dog with a brain tumor and kidney disease, Parker has IBS and skin cancer, and Zeus is prone to skin infections. Despite all their different needs, all three absolutely love Eddie. He always sends photo updates, keeps us informed, and gives us total peace of mind while we’re away. He’s stayed at our home for both weekend trips and longer vacations, and we always come home to happy, well-cared-for dogs. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and reliable.
