A typical day with the pets I care for starts with making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and at home. I keep a calm, clean, and pet friendly environment in my two story condo, which gives plenty of space for both play and relaxation. For dogs, I make sure they get regular walks in my very walkable, gated neighborhood, with multiple nearby pet areas and dog parks for exercise and socialization. I also spend time playing with them indoors using toys and engaging activities to keep them mentally and physically stimulated. I pay close attention to their routines, feeding schedules, and any special instructions from the owner. For cats, I focus on interactive play, companionship, and making sure they’re well fed and comfortable. I also handle litter box cleaning and make sure their space stays clean and stress free. Most importantly, I treat every pet like they’re my own, giving them attention, care, and a calm environment so they feel safe while their owner is away.
