I currently work part-time and am also a student, but I make plenty of time in my day for pet care! I’m available before and after my classes or work, and I’m very flexible on weekends. Whether it’s morning walks or afternoon drop-ins, I’ll make sure your pets get the care and attention they need.

It is helpful for me to know your pet’s needs before providing any service. I like to learn about their personality, how they do with new people, and whether they are friendly with other dogs. I also appreciate knowing their daily routine, including feeding times, walk schedules, and any habits or preferences they have. The more I know, the easier it is to keep them comfortable and happy while you are away.
A typical day
When I care for pets, I shape each day around their age, energy level, and personality. For puppies and young dogs, I make sure they get plenty of playtime, mental stimulation, and attention. This can include playing with toys, practicing simple skills, or spending time outside to burn off energy. For older dogs, I focus on comfort and companionship. That might mean gentle walks, relaxing outside, or enjoying lots of cuddles. No matter the pet, I always make sure they feel engaged, happy, and loved throughout the day.

I’ve spent years working and volunteering at my local dog shelter, where I gained hands-on experience caring for pets (especially dogs) of all ages, breeds, and personalities. My time there taught me how to handle dogs with different needs, from energetic puppies to senior pets who need a little extra TLC. I’ve also helped friends, family, and neighbors with pet sitting and dog walking, so I understand how important it is to make each pet feel safe, loved, and comfortable while their owners are away. I’m experienced in administering medications, caring for senior and special needs pets, and making sure every pet gets the attention and care they deserve.
