Eden was absolutely wonderful! She did a great job with my two boys, sent lots of pictures, and stayed in constant communication about what was going on!! Will absolutely be using her services again.

I’m trying to write this review with a neutral base. She sent pics/texts updates on dogs. It was a 12 day booking. On day 5 @8 am she let me know her friend has passed. I asked if she’d like me to find different coverage. She declined. At 330 PM she said she needed to leave and was sorry but she can’t do this job. I understand the passing of a loved one, I would have liked 24 hrs to find coverage. We ended up boarding the animals out with the help of family/friends. Upon getting home 7 days later we found dishes in the sink/stove top. Groceries left on the counter/fridge. Garbage stinking up the room, some kind of liquid in the garbage in the bedroom she was staying at. She put the bedding in the washer… 7 days ago so I can’t get the mildew out of those… there sat in the washer, wet for a week. Left her toiletries in the bathroom, phone charger.. so I looked on the cameras to see if some thing went on. The camera in the garage showed her opening the freezers and looking in while she’s on the phone. She had multiple door dash to the home. we are not in town, I’d rather not have that much traffic at a place we are secluded. Again I understand the trauma. I just would like to say things could of been more respectful in the home environment, gather her belongings. Take the trash out, do the dishes, dry the bedding before the end of the job, not look in our freezers..
