Grandfatherly Care For Your Pets
I've been a pet owner since I was a child. In our 40+ year marriage, my wife and I have owned two Maltese, two Shelties, and two Shih Tzus. Each pair simultaneously. Intermittently during the last four decades, we have also owned cats. In addition, I took care of our daughter's Labrador mix for a year while she studied in Europe. And now, I fly to Austin, Texas when she vacations to care for her Great Pyrenees, a Chihuahua mix, and a cat.

Ed took care of my cats this past weekend while I was out of town, and he was simply amazing. He visited exactly when I asked him to, and every single time he sent a detailed update with photos so I could see for myself that everything was fine. He even gently offered a helpful tip for giving one of my cats her medication, which I really appreciate. He was incredibly conscientious throughout the whole stay—he cleaned up after my cats without any issue (even though I'd warned him there might be messes), and he went above and beyond by bringing my trash container back into the garage after collection day. My house was in perfect shape when I got home. I couldn't have asked for better care for my cats or my home. Ed is attentive, reliable, and clearly takes pride in doing his job well. I'd welcome him back anytime and highly recommend him without any hesitation whatsoever. Thank You, Ed!
Wow! Ed has been just amazing. I came back from knee surgery and just wasn’t able to walk my dog . Ed has been so kind. Consistently prompt and incredibly dependable, Ed always was flexible when I needed a schedule flex. He offered really helpful insights for my dog’s aging (he’s almost 17), was always on time and so thoughtful. Ed even brought me a cookie and hauled my empty and full garbage cans to the curb and back! My dog really loved him and I appreciated the updates. I’ve so enjoyed having Ed’s assistance with walking and would highly recommend him for any help you may need with your pets.

We won't book anyone except Ed for our two golden retrievers - he is truly exceptional! (I think the dogs are secretly disappointed when we come home...)

Schedule
I currently manage the remnants of a company I founded from my basement office. My work typically occupies less than an hour daily and can be done outside regular business hours, so my pet care schedule is very flexible.

I regularly walk our Shih Tzus around the neighborhood and, weather permitting, take them to a nearby dog park. I also play Fetch with them in the house and give them daily massages. I usually take one of the dogs with me when I run errands in the car.
Pets
A typical day
Depending on your preference, I will walk your dogs around your neighborhood, take them to an area dog park, play Fetch with them, and watch them play with their toys in your house or backyard. If your dog plays well with other dogs, I can bring my younger Shih Tzu. I can bring a laser for your cat to chase or a dangling toy on a string for them to bat.
